Venezuela’s annual inflation rate will surge to almost 1,400,000% by the end of the year, according to the IMF. That outlook is up from the 1,000,000% it forecast in July.

Elsewhere, Italy’s finance minister will face a grilling from opposition lawmakers. He’ll be defending the government’s fiscal targets and a plan that has spooked financial markets.
